Preparing for Sampling
The materials that are needed for sampling are as below:

Autoclaved:
1. 30 Bijou Bottles
2. Wooden Spatula

In normal condition:
1. Ice box
2. Alcohol
3. Fabric
4. Rak
5. Glove, both fabric and plastic
6. Distilled water

The location of sampling (the process of collecting mucus from the fish) will be at Selat Melaka, near Singapore. The sampling will take place this Friday, 6 of March, 2009.
